KDRAMA REVIEW: I'm Not A Robot

I'm Not A Robot is a South Korean Romance-Sci-fi drama series which aired from December 6, 2017 to January 25, 2018 written by Kim Sun-mi and directed by Jung Dae-yoon.

THE CHARACTERS - I applause for all the actors here especially the main lead for doing and giving their best despite the low ratings of the drama.

SYNOPSIS - Kim Min Kyu (Yoo Seung Ho's character), who isolated himself due to his illness called "Allergy to People" after his parents died in a car accident 15 years ago and then met and falls in love with Jo Ji Ah. Jo Ji Ah (Chae Soo bin's character), who's pretending to be a robot (Aji 3) and become the cure of Kim Min Kyu's allergy to people and then later on falls in love too with Kim Min Kyu. Santa Maria Research Team, the scientists who created Aji 3.

REVIEW - I've watched Yoo Seung Ho partnered with Park Min Young (Remember: War of the Son) and Kim So Hyun (Ruler: Master of the Mask) before, but I'd say that Chae Soo Bin is his perfect love team. I first watch Chae Soo Bin at the drama 'Love in the Moonlight' which she's a supporting character who has love interest with the male lead character which portrayed by Park Bo Gum and then at 'Cheer Up', a 12 episodes drama series. While Yoo Seung Ho, I used to see him act in a serious role (Remember: War of the Son & Ruler: Master of the Mask), but seeing him act in 'I'm Not A Robot', I saw a different side of him. A cute and playful side of him and sometimes acts like a kid. It's so refreshing to see him act like that. I hope to see more of his acting to his future project.

The casting are perfect. The chemistry are on point. I love the chemistry between Yoo Seung Ho and Chae Soo Bin. I keep smiling and giggling while watching them especially when Yoo Seung Hoo are always smiling. There's also a roller coaster ride of emotions. They make you laugh, giggling, and crying.

Despite of having a low ratings in Korea, they are still known Internationally. And I'd say that this is a must watch Korean drama. I highly recommend this.
