Kim Sae Ron was found dead at her home earlier today.
A friend of Kim Sae Ron who was supposed to meet the actress visited her home and found her dead.
According to a police official's statement to Dispatch, a report was sent to police at 4:50 PM regarding Kim Sae Ron and emergency services were sent to her home.
The police are planning to investigate the case after receiving a testimony from her acquaintance who first reported the situation.
The police also stated that there were no signs of foul play but will still continue the investigation.
An acquaintance of Kim Sae Ron also told the media outlet Edaily that the actress had changed her name to Kim Ah Im and was preparing to open a cafe with her friends alongside returning to entertainment activities.
